These themes are available for public use on all of LiveJournal and therefore are open source. (Please consult their webpage for more information of what "open source" is.) The bottom line and general idea is that even though I created them, because I created them for LiveJournal, they are available for public use aka the public domain.
However, these kitties, here on my site, hosted on my webspace, are not for you to hijack the urls and link to them from whereever in creation you feel like. That is called stealing. So don't. If you want them, download them to your own computer, upload them to your own webspace, and use them that way. And please be polite and give me the credit for creating them via linkback.
